INTRODUCTION
Ronda is situated at the norwest tip of the provinde of Malaga and surrounred by a continuity of high mountains "la serrania" than make the town attractive yet inaccessible some time ago. It is one of the oldest town in spain and has its origin in the prehistoric period. Amongst the most significant remains from this period is the cave of the pileta a true relic of true andalusian rural art, and some megalithic monuments such as the dolmens. The city still conserves the arab influence, such as the arab baths, the almocabar entrance door, etc, but the diversity of monuments and the impressive "el tajo" (famous gorge over 700 meter high) shows us ronda itself as a real monument
